Ecuador Granda: Direct Trade Single Origin

This is our First Direct Trade Relationship that we are incredibly excited about!

Along with being our first direct trade coffee, it is also the first time we have had a double anaerobic processed coffee as well! This is an incredibly smooth cup of coffee that is well balanced. The notes linger on the tongue while remaining bright and flavorful. The profile of this cup makes is a great morning cup to enjoy that has a sweetness to the cup and aromatics of cinnamon and other spices.

The Farmers: This coffee is grown by our friends at Siempre Verde Farm in northern Ecuador near Pululahua Geobotanical Reserve. The Granda family meticulously cares for and hand picks their coffee to ensure the best quality makes it to the customer. They are passionate about coffee and educating people on the process from farm to cup. Along with their passion for the quality of their coffee, they are intentional to care for those that work on their farm employing them year round, rather than having them be seasonal workers. They love the coffee and their community. We are so very excited that Siempre Verde Farm is our first Direct Trade relationship!
