A Decaf coffee that has the flavor profile of one of our fully caffeinated single origin coffees. This Peruvian full bodied coffee has an amazing profile of dark chocolate with a silky feel with a moderate nutty note. From start to finish the cup gives incredible flavor that will remind you that a quality cup of decaf coffee can have a delicious profile like your other single origin coffees..

Decaffeination Process: The Swiss Water Process(SWP) is done in British Colombia, Canada. The Swiss Water Process is done by a process using water and green coffee extract rather than the common chemical baths of most decaf coffee to extract the caffeine from the beans. The process keeps the original profile of the beans, despite going through the decaffeination process.

Location:Location: In the northern highlands of Peru coming down from the Andes mountains to the coast in Cajamarca. This harvest is from a group of about 100 small farms at 1700-1800m
