A Decaf coffee that has the flavor profile of one of our fully caffeinated single origin coffees. This mexican full bodied coffee has an amazing profile of chocolate with the sweetness of figs and brown sugar. From start to finish the cup gives incredible flavor that will have you questioning if it could actually be a decaf coffee.
Decaffination Process: The Mountain Water Process(MWP) is done by DESCAMEX in Veracruz, Mexico. Similar to the Swiss Water Process, MWP is done by a process using water rather than the common chemical baths of most decaf coffee to extract the caffeine from the beans. The process keeps the original profile of the beans, despite going through the decaffination process.
