Los Altos: Mexico

Notes: Chocolate, Apricot, Honey

As all of our coffees at this time, the Los Altos coffee is a medium roast. While slightly lighter in color, the coffee has the boldness characteristic of being in the darker medium roasts(full city+). There is a sweetness to the cup in notes of honey and apricot that bring the perfect balance between bold and sweet.

Location:Southern Mexico in Los Altos, Chiapas. Grown at 1600-1850m.

Process: Washed
