This particularly balanced cup carries a sweetness in its flavor while also having a slightly bolder bittersweet finish. For a coffee from Mexico, it has a moderate brightness that is a great coffee for the daily grind and those that are venturing into specialty coffee for the first time.
Location:This coffee is from southern Mexico in the Chiapas province in the Cerro Brujo Mountain range and grown at 1500 meters.
