This certified organic coffee has a balanced cup with both medium body and medium acidity. With notes of dark chocolate and roasted almonds there is a delicious profile that works well with all brew methods. This coffee will be more limited in availability compared to normal, because our supplier sold out before we could stock up after sample roasting.

Location: Central Highlands of Chanchamayo in the Juninregion. It is grown at 1200 meters.
