Grown in the volcanic soil on the islands of Papua New Guinea, this coffee has both a medium body and medium acidity. The most prominent note of stone fruit accents the coffee well, while not overwhelming the palate.

Location:This coffee is from northeast Papua New Guinea in the Simbai region, just north of the Bismark Mountain Range. It is grown at 1600-1900 meters.

Process: Washed
