With a heavy body, this coffee carries a lot of amazing flavor that will linger on the tongue well after the last sip. The balance between the dark chocolate and the sweetness of the brown sugar, makes this a smooth coffee while having great intensity.

This coffee works well for both espresso and brewed coffee(pourover, drip, chemex, etc.). The heavy body and flavor profile allows for an excellent espresso.

Location:Grown at 1300-2000 meters in northern Peru from the San Ignacio Province.

Process: Washed

Variety: Caturra, Bourbon, Typica, Pache
