Notes: Brown Sugar, Milk Chocolate, Sweet

A hearty cup that brings a sweetness with plenty of body with the milk chocolate notes. This coffee is a balanced cup by itself, but the flavor is able to come through for the non purists of the group. The intensity of the bean works well for espresso with the chocolatey sweetness that comes out with steamed milk.

Location: In the western highlands of El Salvador in the volcanic soil of Santa Ana Region at 1350 meters.
