A flavorful cup that brings a sweetness with the earthier notes of cacao nibs and brown spice.This coffee makes a delicious brew for a pourover, but has the heartiness for the coffee drinker that prefers to add a little milk to the cup or make as an espresso.

For the customers that appreciated our previous coffee from Peru, this new addition has profile reminiscent of the Peru Jaen that makes that morning cup the perfect start to the day.

Location: In the northern highlands of Peru coming down from the Andes mountains to the coast in Cajamarca at 1750 meters.

Process: Washed

Variety: Catimor, Caturra, Pache, Typica, Bourbon
