Sidama Ethiopia: Single Origin

Notes: Strawberry, Starfruit, Cane Sugar

With a lighter body and some fruit notes, this coffee has a sweetness to the cup that is accompanied by a medium aciidity. There is a more balanced approach to the strawberry notes in the coffee, that gives the flavor, but is not overly intense. This is a great cup that is a pick for those that love a natural process, but also can be enjoyed by the washed coffee oriented drinker.

Location: At 2100-2200 meters this coffee was grown in Southern Ethiopia in the Lake Awasa highlands.
